Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any major
  • 5+ years experience in managing Telesales
  • Expert at technical MS Office skills, high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge about CRM
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, and use data for decision making
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work with target

Job Description

  • Managing day to day operational in Telesales among others but not limited to capacity planning, compliance to schedule, performance monitoring for all units
  • Creating strategy to achieve monthly target for all units by planning for daily run rate, through motivational activities (example: designing competition), team distribution, and other strategy
  • Managing Telesales capacity to align with the budgeted volume through hiring and attrition management in cooperation with training team and HR
  • Working with analyst to design report to get better understanding on sales-related situation including Telesales performance, calling list eligibility, approval rate, Telesales capacity, and other factors to be able to make data centric decision
  • Managing HR related administrative to make sure Telesales comply to the existing procedures in cooperation with Training, Quality, and WFM team
  • Designing bonus scheme or reviewing existing bonus in order to improve it so that the bonus scheme is motivating the Operators and Team Leaders as well as align with the budget
  • Monitoring calling activity throughout the day to ensure that it is working properly, to identify possible issue, and perform necessary escalation
  • Identifying area of improvement from people, process, and technology point of view in order to increase productivity and managing and/or cooperating with other team or department
  • Managing operational risks, fraud prevention, and complain in Telesales channel in cooperation with relevant department
  • Involving in the design to implementation of new process (new unit, new product), implementing of Hypercare to understand that implementation is done properly or to provide insight for improvement of process, communication based on operator or customer feedbacks to the product owner or PIC
