Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in CX or customer relation or customer service for minimum 2 years
  • Have research and analytic experience
  • Proficient with research and conduct research to customer
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is a must
  • Have background with analytical will be beneficial: reporting, excel or SQL

Job Description

  • Review customer experience data and other operational metric results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to identify trends in performance
  • Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to identifies performance improvement opportunities using existing tools.
  • Proactively determines areas for drill-down focus and conducts analyses to understand the drivers of performance gap
  • Cooperate with other function to contributes the develop based on analytic findings, metric performance, and client business needs.
  • Coordinate and execute solutions to ensure the quality of customer engagement.
  • Prepare data, insight, analysis and present to relevant function for improvement of CX
  • Conduct customer research based on the product and business needs
