Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of CRM Campaign Management working experience with 3 years of experience in using SAS or IBM Unica.
  • Highly experienced in using Microsoft Office, SAS CM, IBM Unica, SQL Database.
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Description

  • Development and execution of comprehensive multistep cross sell & retention campaign strategies for existing customers in various communicational channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance in all channels and take corrective actions (from performance view and maximization of life time value).
  • Work with CRM Analysts/Lifecycle/IT BI to optimize CRM DataMart structure and campaign selections process.
  • Initiate Champion/Challenger tests and modify campaign set up to increase impact.
  • Daily monitoring of campaign execution, channels availability and be sure that capacity of channels are utilized according to defined communicational strategy.
  • Transform historical based CRM campaigns into event based way (by using SAS RTDM).
