Minimum Qualifications

  • Experienced in full-cycle Mass Recruitment
  • Have experience in leading a team
  • At least 4 years proven experience as talent acquisition manager/leader in Collection.
  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Data driven for reporting & analysis.
  • Have experience working with ATS or other system for recruitment.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to align with stakeholders from different function
  • Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Take actions to get things done.
  • Collaborative and partnership.
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
  • Strong in Sourcing experience is a must.

Job Description

  • Supervise the candidate sourcing & recruiting operations with the objective of creating on-demand candidate pipeline (quality CV) within corporate guideline;
  • Determine staffing needs and produce forecasts for talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans development;
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience journey in every touch points;
  • People management at TA department.
  • Identify areas of improvement by using recruitment metrics & candidate experience survey.
