Business Transformation Assistant Manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in business process transformation
  • Experience from Financing/Banking/Insurance/Fintech
  • Strong understanding of how business processes automation system development work and integrate into an ERP environment
  • Excellent Project Management skills and exposure to various methodologies in Project Management
  • Ability to design and drive changes for business-process reengineering and organizational change
  • Familiar with Process Improvement Methodology
  • Proficient with Project Management Tools - Visio
  • Fluent in English is a must

Job Description

  • Gather business requirements by conducting stakeholder expectation workshops
  • Coordinate with both Business and development teams to drive developments as per business expectations along with product owners
  • Identify and drive key improvements areas using improvement methodologies
  • Assist the team to organize, plan and implement business strategies
  • Tracking and reporting of the progress of initiatives driven in the team
  • Collaborate closely with business/IT/Risk/Legal and Compliance
